In his 2011 year end round-up for Style.com, aptly named “The Tommys“, street-style photographer (and fellow Canadian) Tommy Ton noted that Sneakers were making a comeback during Fashion Week. The Cut recently did a list of their Top 5 sneakers which inspired me; with Men’s Fashion Week fast approaching (starts in Milan on January 14th!!) I thought this would be a great time to compile a list of some great sneakers for you to be “seen” in during Fashion Week.
Without further ado, here are my top ten sneaker picks. I wanted a variety of colours, patterns and fabrics to make a complete collection. I of course am partial to three more than the others; keep reading to figure out which three.
My favourite three are the Lanvin Snakeskin ones, the grey Givenchy buckled ones and the DSquared ones. Which ones do you like best? In short what I really want to know is: Which one of these pairs will you be rocking this Fashion Week? Will you maybe be wearing two or three pairs, depending on the weather and outfit?
